Rogers Sports and Media is seeking a Unit Coordinator to join our team of professionals.

What you'll do...

  • Key point of contact for internal and external vendors of Sportsnet Production Management

  • Code department invoices and enter into system, obtain appropriate approvals from/and liaise with Production Managers

  • Create requisitions and administer purchase orders in Oracle Cloud

  • Set up and coordinate freelancer engagements in Flextrack

  • Coordinate new vendor set-up through Procurement and A/P

  • Bridge communication between the stakeholders within Sportsnet, and Accounts Payable or Procurement teams

  • Generate inputs for month end journal entries pertaining to production costs

  • Monthly reconciliation of production costs via review of supplier/personnel invoices, verifying dates, times, rates and all other pertinent information

What you will bring...

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a relevant administrative capacity

  • Strong understanding of accounting practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Sensaas, and Flextrack is an asset

  • Broadcasting industry experience is an asset

  • Strong production coordination, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills

  • Adept business acumen, numerical and analytical skill set

  • An ability to multi-task and work in a fast and driven environment

  • Ability to give and receive clear direction, work with instructions from others to take action

  • Knowledge and interest of the professional sports landscape

  • A can-do attitude
