TV Specialist - Brand Integration

Who we're looking for:

Rogers Sports and Media is looking for a Specialist, Branded Content TV to work in collaboration with campaign strategists, sales and cross-functional teams while reporting into the Head of Original Programming.

This person will be responsible for executing on the integration strategy set out by Original Programming for the Rogers Sports and Media television brands including, Breakfast Television, Citytv, FX/FXX, Bravo and the upcoming suite of specialty channels. If you're obsessed with changing media consumption trends, love to tell stories and can't stop binging on world class content, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with production, account management, Elevate, and digital teams, at the inception stage, to execute multiplatform integration and sponsorship strategies

  • Track and maintain documents related to the creation/production of client-driven brand integrated content

  • Assist in managing campaign-level production budgets and outputs, and work with internal creative teams to execute integrations

  • Present proactive and reactive opportunities to internal teams, agency partners and client-direct

  • Constantly explore new strategies and tactics to increase the value of our integrations and help find creative solutions to client challenges that create incremental revenue

  • Help develop digital/social concepts that surpass client expectations and engagement benchmarks

  • Help track campaigns working across cross-functional counterparts such as: Podcasts, Radio, Sportsnet and TSC.ca

  • Develop and foster Talent/Influencer opportunities and relationships

  • Develop sales collateral and campaign wrap reports through data driven storytelling

  • Provide organizational, analytical and communication support for Head of Original Programming and Executives on shows in development, production and post-production

  • Act as a liaison between Original Programming and Sales

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal tracking documents, charts and spreadsheets

  • Broadcast and digital video production and expertise

  • Demonstrable experience in working in a fast-paced client-facing role

  • Understanding of branded content and social engagement strategies

  • Ability to apply data to both strategic direction and performance benchmarking Must possess a desire to positively impact culture and collaboration

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
