In this role you will be part of the Business Planning and Strategy organization. You will leverage your passion for problem-solving and your curiosity of data trends to deliver actionable insights and growth recommendations to the Canadian leadership team. You will utilize outstanding customer market research, economic, consumer, and competitor trends, and your strong communication skills to identify and present growth opportunities. You are also comfortable with large datasets, business intelligence methodologies, and interacting with standard analytical tools.

Description

  • Dive into diverse datasets to uncover and assess insightful customer trends and market shifts in the dynamic Canadian landscape, making key recommendations that improve market share and uncover growth opportunities. - Communicate effectively with internal partners to deliver quality customer analysis, actionable insights, and recommendations for all consumer and commercial opportunities, providing consistent support to the sales leadership team. - Collaborate cross-functionally by communicating decisions and recommendations across Apple to translate data insights into strategic actions. - Through a continuous improvement approach, implement effective reporting requirements. - Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and other analytical tools to support business operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience in relevant positions encompassing business intelligence, consumer product marketing, product management, commercial management, market research, and/or strategic planning and analysis.

  • High level of experience with complex analytical methodologies in a commercial/consumer environment.

  • Ability to define, extract, and manipulate data to build reports, data visualization dashboards, and translate insights into actionable results through storytelling.

  • Strong analytical skills and passion for using data and insights to drive business decisions

  • Proficient in Excel, Tableau, SQL and database management.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to collective goals by clear communication and strong collaboration.

  • Deep understanding of Canadian market trends. Experience within the Canadian consumer and commercial routes to market is preferred.

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, manage, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

  • MBA preferred
