What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sr. Performance Test Analyst in the Client Servicing Technology team, you will be responsible for managing Performance Tuning for all Branch and CST applications . In this role, you will design performance test scripts and execute test cases while working closely with QA group to achieve Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests. You will monitor application logs to determine system behavior and address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments. Furthermore, you will analyze performance report which not just look for CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection, DB Parameters and DB Reports but deep dive into SAN disk performance when needed, traverse all hops to identify bottlenecks and improve the resiliency posture of the application. Also, you will be involved in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes as well as Performance profiling for every quarterly release and when major code changes & provide Improvement possibilities. In addition, you will publish results, receive appropriate signoffs, prepare detail status reports, and monitor all defects and issues.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Relationship Building- Strong relationship with all technology partners required with professional high quality team building for the assigned portfolio. Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to share performance reports and capacity planning details.

  • Executing performance testing- End-to-end and publishing results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.

  • Performance Profiling/Tuning – extensive experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and have farsightedness to forecast for application to be scalable and maintain application resiliency as business volume grows.

  • Capacity Planning – Involved in Application Capacity Planning (ACP) for Branch & CST applications, publishing monthly dashboards and actively involved in CCR and Architecture discussion.

Who You Are

  • You have 5-7 years experience in IT Performance Testing/Tuning along with expertise in Application Profiling, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, performance tuning, Capacity Planning, Defect Management & Configuration Management. You have hands-on experience with Performance Testing tools such as LoadRunner / JMeter / Neoload/ Performance center. You have experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace / Splunk / Grafana / Sitescope
