The Senior Manager, Financial Products will be responsible for the strategic ownership, creation/execution of product roadmap, and operational excellence of a new financing platform. This role involves overseeing the platform that supports financing physical products over various terms and APR options, as well as managing functionalities related to other telco value-prop journeys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial product management, stakeholder management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving complex programs from inception to operationalizing the product.
What You'll Be Doing
Platform Management:
Oversee the end-to-end management of the lending platform, ensuring it meets customer needs and aligns with business goals in a secure and compliant manner.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance platform functionality, including financing terms, APR options, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, legal, pricing, wireless product and customer service to drive platform improvements and innovations.
Product Strategy:
Define and execute the product roadmap for the lending platform, including new features and enhancements.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and drive product differentiation.
Discounts and Trade-In Propositions:
Manage and optimize platform capabilities for running promotional discounts and trade-in propositions.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of discounts and trade-in offers, driving customer engagement and conversion.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, including loan origination volumes, approval rates, and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance platform performance and customer experience.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the platform complies with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Manage risk associated with lending products, including credit risk assessment and fraud prevention measures.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of financial product managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Provide guidance and support in achieving team objectives and professional development.
What you'll have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial product management, with a focus on lending platforms or financial services.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in financial services and the ability to learn these quickly in areas where additional expertise is required
Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
