We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Element Content who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Sr. Manager, Element Content you will be a key member of the Element Fleet Management Communications team, focused on creating and managing compelling communications across multiple media for our client and driver audiences. We are looking for a rising star with excellent business-to-business writing and communications skills, ready to make an impact on the culture, brand and growth of a new industry leader in a rapidly changing environment. This position is key for executing plans and driving relevant, timely communications that help create great client experiences. The position will work closely our Operations team impacting overall experience, perception, brand awareness and engagement with the Element brand.

A Day in the Life

  • Create industry leading content for our clients and our prospects:

  • For our clients, you are able to take complex information about our products and services and create communications that are easy to engage with

  • For our prospects, you find creative ways to spark their interest with Element and encourage them to engage them with our company

  • Work with the Director of Corporate Marketing to plan and calendar client communications in support of our products, services and experiences that drive great client experiences. This includes:

  • Managing a complex content calendar for all of Element.

  • Sourcing stories and content from across the business.

  • Writing and editing content

  • Work with the team to deliver content through a variety of channels and mediums including:

  • Newsletters, Infographics, videos, PodCasts, events, Webinars, social posts, and blogs

  • Working with our web site team to develop copy and uploading content when required

  • Help deploy communications using email and marketing automation tools (i.e., Pardot and Polite Mail), and web content management systems (i.e. Joomla, Hippo, Magnolia)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 6-8 years in communications, content development and management

  • Experience in B2B industry preferred

  • Strong writing skills required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and new media (social media, blog, web copy etc.)
