Credit Operations is looking for a dynamic, influential, and results-driven team member to be the next Senior Analyst, Collection Strategy & Credit Risk Policy.

As the Senior Analyst, Collection Strategy & Credit Risk Policy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing optimized and targeted Collection Strategy driven by credit risk models and segmentations that align with our business objectives while ensuring the maintenance of a healthy and balanced credit portfolio. You will play a critical role in assessing credit risk, optimizing decisions, and enhancing overall collection timelines and strategy practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive positive impact across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Collection Strategy Development: Develop and refine collection strategies to optimize portfolio performance, balancing risk and return objectives.

• Portfolio Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of credit portfolios, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

• Collection Policy Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize collection policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Credit and Collection Scoring: support and maintain the development and validation of risk score models and guidelines, leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making processes.

• Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis: Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the resilience of the delinquency portfolio under adverse economic conditions, identifying potential areas of vulnerability.

• Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address emerging collection risks and minimize potential losses.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of collection strategies and initiatives, track key performance indicators, and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collection credit operations or risk management in banking/telecommunications industry is required.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques.

• Knowledge of credit risk modeling, credit scoring.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to credit risk and collections practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
