Credit Operations is looking for a dynamic, influential, and results-driven team member to be the next Senior Analyst, Collection Strategy & Credit Risk Policy.

As the Senior Analyst, Collection Strategy & Credit Risk Policy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted Collection Communication Strategies that align with our business objectives and brand. You will play a critical role in developing, assessing, and implementing tailored communication journeys over multiple channels and platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive positive impact across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that address delinquency issues, aiming to reduce instances and improve overall recovery rates while aligning with organizational goals.

• Manage Internal and External Communications: Oversee communication efforts related to delinquency management, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.

• Analyze and Report on Communication Metrics: Track and evaluate the impact of communication initiatives on delinquency rates, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness in mitigating delinquency.

• Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with departments such as collections, risk management, digital and customer service to develop and implement strategies that address and prevent delinquency, ensuring a unified approach to managing and reducing risk.

• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to delinquency prevention and communication strategies, integrating best practices and innovative solutions to effectively address and reduce delinquency.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collection credit operations or risk management in banking/telecommunications industry is required.

• Proven Experience in Communication Strategy Development: Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective communication plans, with a focus on delinquency management, and experience in adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing communication metrics and delinquency data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in areas related to collections, risk management, and customer service, to develop integrated strategies for delinquency prevention and management.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of delinquency management practices, industry regulations, and emerging trends in communication technologies and techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance communication strategies and mitigate risk.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
