The Team

he Innovation team within the Global Operation & Compliance Team utilizes emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, Cloud, and others to optimize the Bank's internal processes.

The Sr. business analyst will be responsible for helping support existing applications.

Is this role right for you?

  • Athena:

  • Provide business support to the various client teams by updating knowledge bases and working with the development team to roll out the changes.

  • The incumbent is responsible for providing project/initiatives status to the project manager and management team and raising any escalated issues promptly.

  • Participate in the system implementation by developing and documenting test cases, performing integration testing, raising defects, and providing end-user documentation.

  • Work on any enhancements for Athena.

  • Responsible for creating end users' stories in JIRA or similar project management software to manage the Agile projects.

  • Provide post-implementation support (Hypercare) by tracking, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting project and application-related problems and issues.

  • The incumbent is an active contributor in designing sustainable DevOps. The Role requires coming up with best practices and procedures.

  • Must possess good listening and communication skills to work effectively with end-users and project team members.

  • Digital 250A:

  • Provide business support to the various client teams by onboarding new users and updating system information.

  • Triage any issues raised by the businesses related to 250A.

  • The incumbent is responsible for providing project/initiatives status to the project manager and management team and raising any escalated issues promptly.

  • Participate in the system implementation by developing and documenting test cases, performing integration testing, raising defects, and providing end-user documentation.

  • Work on any enhancements for Athena.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • Systems and process knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (Agile) and Project Management

  • Experience in conducting business analysis and documenting business requirements for medium to large-size projects.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to synthesize and summarize large amounts of data from multiple sources.

  • Excellent written and communication skills to clearly express concepts and ideas in English and Spanish.

  • The incumbent should have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint).

  • Understand concepts of the Agile development model and relevant Agile development practices ie. Automated testing, CICD, JIRA

  • Prior experience in the Business lines (CB, GBM, IB) and Processes and Technologies is nice to have.
