What you'll be doing
Global Money Operations (GMO) provides back office support for Payment Product Services, FX/MM settlement, and Investigation capabilities for corporate, government and institutional clients around the world. The Senior Consultant Business Delivery role will be joining the Wires Modernization (EWM) transformation program and responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of EWM phases and wire messaging standards across various systems and teams. With a focus on end-to-end delivery, testing, change management support and migration of the legacy wires infrastructure. You will have awareness knowledge of wire payment messaging protocols, end to end delivery skills, and experience working across multiple stakeholders .

How you'll succeed
Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams (technical, business, operations, compliance) to define project requirements and deliverables.
Testing – Business point of contact for QA team(s) andensure the system's functionality and performance meet both business and regulatory requirements.
Stakehold er Engagement & Communication - Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and changes to key stakeholders.
Compliance & Standards Adherence - Ensure all implementations and processes adhere to ISO 20022 standards and any regional or global regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date with changes in ISO 20022 specifications and industry best practices, and ensure that these are reflected in ongoing projects.
Support - Offer post-implementation support and guidance, addressing any issues or questions that arise.
Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
People Change Management – You will act as the point of contact to support the change management teams for operational training and procedures.
