Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.

The opportunity

We are currently seeking ONE Full-Time Service Delivery Worker for an 18-month contract in the Central Toronto area. Starting wage to be announced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use the electronic Quatro Scheduling system to develop and update master schedules for both clients and staff, ensuring alignment with service needs and budgeted hours.

  • Provide monthly service reports to the Supervisor.

  • Ensure consumer-focused service delivery and refer service complaints to the supervisor for resolution.

  • Provide administrative support for programs (correspondence, file management, coordination of staff meetings, orientations, training, etc.).

  • Process payroll and verify personal expense statements, ensuring deadlines are met according to the payroll schedule.

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to cover after-hours phone support for evenings and weekends.

  • Support the hiring process, including interviewing, job offers, orientation, and securing new staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.

  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and work under pressure within deadlines.

  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software, including MS Office, Navision, and Quatro (or equivalent scheduling systems).

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing job demands.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail with math accuracy and excellent writing and proofing skills.

  • Scheduling experience is an asset.
