KPMG Senior Marketing Manager, Global Risk & Cyber Security in Toronto, Ontario

The Opportunity

Lead the development, management and implementation of key global Risk and Cyber Security marketing campaigns, in coordination with the national member firms. This role works with Risk and Cyber Security leadership team who are located around the world, as well as regional and national marketing managers, and other functions within the Global Resource Centre including Digital and Social Media teams. The Senior Marketing Manager will implement the marketing strategy and programs that address the agreed business plan and priorities. #LI-Hybrid

What you will do

  • Execute the annual marketing plan for the Global Risk and Cyber Security strategic priority area

  • Work with the content marketing team, advisory marketing lead and business stakeholder to execute key marketing campaigns on time and to budget

  • Develop Sales Enablement material for key marketing campaigns to bridge top of funnel activity to sales

  • Work with the business’ Centers of Excellence on key initiatives including analyst relations, leadership meetings, and country engagement

  • Access and leverage the wider Marketing Shared Services resources e.g. Brand management, digital marketing services, Event Management, PR, Marketing Knowledge Management, Marketing Operations comprising a mix of in-house, outsourced and off shored resources and services.

  • Presenting to senior leadership on marketing activity and campaigns

What you bring to the role

  • A senior marketing professional with at least seven years of experience and demonstrable success in the formulation and implementation of strategic marketing plans

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience of developing compelling value propositions for services and campaigns and creating integrated issue-based platforms both for promoting relationships and generating revenue

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders

  • Works well under pressure; able to operate in the context of very different cultures and in a highly matrixed environment

  • Confident and assertive with excellent influencing and persuasion skills
