What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager you will:

  • Oversee the organization and delivery of Transfer Pricing services to clients

  • Develop and maintain relationships as well as building out new business

  • Proactively take relevant and valuable ideas to our clients to grow the practice

  • Have a strong client focus and excel at building relationships, as well as having excellent technical and project management skills.

  • Set the pace and direction of our team to deliver tailored experiences that align with each client’s unique culture and people

  • Develop and execute focused strategies to actively deepen existing client relationships and assist in shaping and executing strategic market initiatives towards sustainable, and profitable growth

  • Collaborate with Cross Border Advisory and other Deloitte professionals in brining bundled solutions to help clients address key business issues.

  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs

  • Mentor and coach junior practitioners to their highest potential

  • Create a learning environment through leadership

  • Utilize sophisticated and innovative transfer pricing and data analytics tools to develop tax efficient business models in compliance with exceptionally dynamic global tax and transfer pricing rules

  • Develop and deliver cradle-to-grave transfer pricing solutions including planning, implementation, compliance, controversy and recourse for a broad spectrum of cross-border transactions (e.g., Intangible property, goods, financial transactions, cost-sharing arrangements and services).

About the team

Deloitte’s globally managed Transfer Pricing team helps companies reduce risks by aligning practical transfer pricing solutions with overall global business operations and objectives, assists with strategic documentation to support transfer pricing practices, and resolves disputes efficiently.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Law or Business from an accredited college/university (CA, CMA, CPA, MA or MBA preferred)

  • At least seven years of experience conducting advisory related projects with an audit, tax, and/or advisory services firm

  • Thorough understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing environment

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative background skills, written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to strong client service & leadership abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

  • Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities

  • Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership

  • Canadian travel required, occasional international travel.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
