Senior Manager, Employee Voice Research Strategy & Insights (6 Month Term)

TheSenior Manager , EmployeeResearch Strategy & Insightsis responsible for coordinating employee voice activities as well as developing supporting tools and resources to elevate how we collect, analyze and action employee feedback across the organization. The incumbent will also support the design and delivery of training, communication and reporting content and insights to support HR initiatives and developing recommendations based on key findings.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Design and execute end-to-end employee listening program including and not limited to engagement, lifecycle and ad hoc surveys.

  • Design, build and deliver training, communications, and reporting content to support the program

  • Work in collaboration with key HR partners across Scotiabank to design, build and implement the supporting processes to administer the surveys and action results.

  • Manage the preparation and summarizing of analytical reporting into comprehensive executive reports to show the results of employee surveys

  • Leveraging project management principles to ensure research projects are on time and budget.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across programs (e.g., Culture, Client Experience)

  • Work with key partners to build and administer the supporting technology that enables the program

  • Providing direction in the use of the most effective and innovative market research analytical techniques.

  • Creating and maintaining a network of professionals to share learning, i.e. FI Connections.

  • Serving as employee engagement SME helping HR partners and business leaders best leverage the program tools and resources to improve employee experience and overall business performance.

  • Fostering trust with internal stakeholders, including key senior leaders across the organization to leverage insights to influence business strategies and decisions.

  • Actively help internal stakeholders to understand how employee engagement relates to business results to drive greater adoption of employee engagement strategies.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 8 or more years of work experience related to HR, including consulting and design innovation experience.

  • Extensive experience with survey design and administration and other research methods to understand employee voice.

  • Experience building trust-based relationships and consulting with cross-functional teams in a constantly changing environment.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to translate and communicate business requirements into technical research project specifications;

  • Ability to assess requests business requests, and assimilate information from various sources, identifies themes and trends and develops sound insights and recommendations

  • Extensive working knowledge of multi-variant statistical techniques

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work within cross-functional teams.

  • Superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated project management skills - ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain extreme confidentiality and discretion.

  • Fluency in Spanish highly desirable.
