What will your typical day look like?

Our Resource Operations Senior Manager will lead, develop and formulate an implementation plan for the required operational changes in line with portfolio project's objectives. This role will ensure business processes are designed to fit the business's purpose and is optimized and lead the implementation of system (DayShape). This role will also provide oversight regarding Talent Development and Learning; additionally will work very closely with Finance (i.e. budget, forecasting, financial processes required).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational structures design, refinement and operationalization

  • Monitor and evaluate the resourcing and operations as determined by business needs

  • Oversee and manage Performance Metrics; identify gaps, defining additional metrics and tracking key performance metrics (KPI)

  • Lead the overall operational change & communication with regards to resourcing

  • Implement continuous improvement projects

  • Exhibits strong leadership skills, along with organizational and change management skills; with deep understanding of the current operational processes in the Deloitte Audit business and the tools

  • Demonstrates strong Project Management skills and the ability to lead and provide direction to cross-functional teams

  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, and collaborate with team members, and manage across teams to effectively work within a global and virtual environment

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, effectively and strategically

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
