KPMG Marketing Coordinator, Global Advisory Content Team in Toronto, Ontario

The Opportunity

This role will work closely with the Advisory team with a specific focus on the Global Advisory Content team. The role will help coordinate and support content programs and assist with other coordinator duties such as Advisory campaign reporting, budget tracking, and management of the Advisory SharePoint site and Content Hub.

What you will do

  • Support the Content team with campaign execution of all Hero and Hub campaigns. This includes the production of high-quality marketing campaigns assets and materials such as thought leadership reports, video, client talking points, promotional assets, social media, web pages and assets.

  • Tracking of project briefs and timelines for all campaigns in a master file.

  • Day-to-day liaison with the Content team, program delivery teams, and the practice managers in various parts of the world.

  • Responsible for keeping the Advisory platforms up-to-date, including Advisory SharePoint, current Hero and Hub content and dates in the Content Hub, inputting of campaign links into the Powered BI Tool for the tracking of campaigns, assist with inputting web requests in Workfront, and inputting campaigns on social media share platforms like PostBeyond or equivalent.

  • Support the tracking and administration of Advisory budgets and invoices as required.

  • Together with the Advisory Directors, support the tracking of country adoption of programs across the Advisory practice.

  • Perform some administrative duties as required.

  • Arrange team meetings for the Advisory team.

  • Support special projects as requested by Global Advisory Marketing Leader.

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum of three years' professional experience in a relevant marketing, business, or communications role in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Strong email marketing and social media expertise demonstrated in a professional environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills with the ability to convey thoughts and content concisely.

  • Superior project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven.

  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and formulate workarounds to get the job done – being resourceful while complying with all firm policies and standards.

  • Diploma or undergraduate degree preferably in marketing related qualifications.

  • MS Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level).

  • Strong writing skills and a thorough understanding of how to make materials effective on digital channels.

  • Knowledge of social media management systems and/or social media monitoring and business intelligence dashboards/systems.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems and their capabilities.
