What You’ll Be Doing:

We are seeking a Client Authentication Consultant specializing in Process and Data Effectiveness to join CIBC’s Client Authentication team. This role focuses on identifying and leveraging best practices to develop and implement efficient processes, creating actionable insights from data analysis, generating reports for management, and managing governance activities with a strong emphasis on data integrity. The ideal candidate will provide expert advisory on authentication processes to support and guide the broader team.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Who You Are:

  • Identify, assess, and implement best practices for client authentication processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.

  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key findings and metrics for management review.

  • Manage governance activities related to client authentication, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Maintain and update documentation pertaining to authentication processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide advisory support on authentication processes, offering insights and recommendations based on expertise.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to client authentication and data management.

  • Act as a subject matter expert , providing guidance to team members on authentication processes and data effectiveness.

How you’ll succeed:

  • You can demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

  • You have experience in creating reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

  • You have strong knowledge of governance principles and practices, with a focus on data integrity and compliance.

  • You can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. PMP & Six Sigma is an asset.
