Canadian Tire Associate Manager, eCommerce Operations in Toronto, Ontario
What You’ll Do
As the Associate Manager of eCommerce Operations, you will oversee and enhance our eCommerce systems, including the Online Order platform and store fulfillment processes. You will maintain and refine eCommerce practices while introducing innovative improvements. Key responsibilities include boosting store productivity, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and reducing cancellations. You'll support stores and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth eCommerce operations. Collaboration with Field teams, Product Owners, Retail Systems, and Store Operations is essential. You will also play a significant role in testing, implementing, and adopting new system enhancements within stores. Your contributions will optimize eCommerce processes and drive new business initiatives.
Investigate and analyze order processes, identify operational issues, and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators to enhance customer experience and overall eCommerce operations.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Store Operations to deliver superior eCommerce Fulfillment solutions and drive innovation.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Partner with Retail Systems, Store Operations, and Field teams to resolve store issues promptly and support testing activities for new processes.
Provide after-hours monitoring/support for emergency issues impacting the business.
What You Bring
5+ years of progressive eCommerce/Store Operational experience with strong analytical skills and a results-focused mindset.
Excellent customer service orientation and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver insights and collaborate with stores and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, balancing time constraints and resource availability.
Post-secondary education in Business or a related field.
