Canadian Tire Analyst, Paid Social in Toronto, Ontario

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Manager, Paid Social, the Analyst, Paid Social will be responsible for establishing digital market capabilities within the organization in order to deploy personalized digital marketing campaigns. The Analyst, Paid Social will provide day to day technical and analytical support with key focus on campaign trafficking, reporting and analytics, and coordinating other digital campaign specific tasks as required. Manage external channel partner relationships and digital campaign operations.

  • Support execution of social marketing campaigns in various social buying platforms including but not limited to: campaign set up, ad trafficking, campaign, audience & creative insights and report generation as required.

  • Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal and external partners to guide and oversee performance, pacing and general campaign management.

  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign delivery and pacing issues, support the team in addressing immediate issues.

  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for Paid Social marketing campaigns.

  • Gather and maintain record of all campaign specific documentation – brief, plan, blocking chart, creative and any other related materials.

  • Monitor in market performance and provide timely recommendations for improving campaign performance.

  • Use Analytics and attribution modeling to assess overall digital journey and holistic campaign performance.

    What You Bring

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, etc)

  • Strong understanding of Dynamic Ads and Product Catalog requirements.

  • Working knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics

  • Understanding of data management platforms, including used cases and benefits.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent customer service and account management skills.

  • Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives
