As an experienced Supply ERP Analyst, you will join our Supply Chain Operations team. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and continuously improve the user experience, relevance and effectiveness of decision support tools.
As a Supply Chain ERP Analyst, you will report to the Manager, ERP Solutions & Implementation. You will be responsible for supporting various supply chain functions to ensure the efficient and timely movement of products and services across our network. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain optimal inventory levels, improve operational efficiency, to ensure that we met our customer demands
What you’ll be doing:
Perform analysis and transformation of various internal and external data sets with the aim of generating actionable insights
Work with business and testing team to determine/test appropriate test cases are defined and tested for each release
Work cross functionally with various business and project teams
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and continuously improve operational effectiveness
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and unnecessary transactions
Identify process efficiencies and best practices as they relate to ERP Cloud and work with relevant teams to support implementation
Generate status update reports
Back up duties as required
What you'll bring:
3-5 years experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations and processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience analyzing, manipulating, transforming, and interpreting large datasets
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; and highly detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain software Oracle EBS & Oracle Cloud an asset
