Moneris Technology Vendor Governance & Procurement Analyst in Toronto, Canada

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

The Technology Vendor Sourcing & Procurement Analyst role supports the sourcing and evaluation of technology suppliers, leading RFPs, contract renewals, supporting strategic contract negotiations, facilitating supplier risk management and quality assurance governance activities. You will analyze and maintain vendor related data review opportunities to maximize value and support our Supplier Management Policy and related Standards.

Contract Term: 12 months.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to Manager Supplier and Contracts.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate complex/multi-stakeholder renewals i.e., Microsoft.

  • Perform Quality Assurance on vendor contracts

  • Lead RFPs for strategic technology vendors

  • Create dashboards/reports to highlight trends, risks and perform spend analysis.

  • Organize vendor performance management activities including Quarterly Business reviews etc.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, and risk management

  • 2 years' experience with contract management & GRC tools such as DocuSign, ServiceNow and MetricStream

  • 2 years’ experience understanding of industry trends and best practices in procurement and vendor governance.

  • 2 years' experience Power BI or Tableau

  • Understand client needs and build relationships to support decision-making, including in complex situations, and evoke buy-in.

  • Experience in the technology or finance industry, is considered an asset
