Moneris Senior Product Manager, Sales & Operations Platforms in Toronto, Canada

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Moneris is dedicated to improving and optimizing our sales, order management and customer service capabilities. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a subject matter expert in your technical speciality and will bring an expertise in product management and understanding of API first principals.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Director - Product, Sales & Operations Platforms

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Develop and manage all elements of the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support.

  • Lead teams to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.

  • Formulate and execute a 3-18 month roadmap for the assigned product portfolio.

  • Collaborate with the Family Product Owner (FPO) and other POs to develop long-term product strategies.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products on budget and within scope, achieving defined OKR success metrics.

  • Analyze market intelligence and translate customer needs into a compelling product vision.

  • Manage client expectations, gather requirements, ensure solution feasibility, and demonstrate product capabilities.

  • Maintain continuous feedback loops and communication with clients and internal partners (sales, technology, and operations) to adapt and improve the product.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and drive technical solutions.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in complex scenarios.

  • Experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Knowledge of market analysis, customer needs assessment, and product lifecycle management.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in continuous improvement practices.

Nice-to-have...

  • Proficiency in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business is an asset.
