Moneris Hybrid Data Control Coordinator I (Contract) in Toronto, Canada

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will be responsible for completing all Independent Business and National Account activation orders incoming from Sales. This includes host input, confirmations, special services and deployment tasks.

Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Toronto office.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to Manager, Process Improvement I Contract Term: 12 months.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Data input to all host systems relating to the activation and deployment of net-new and existing merchant orders Systems included but not limited to OMS, ACI, DMS, e-Select Plus admin tool, PAYD admin tool, AS400, Rogers Portal, Atlas 360.

  • You will resolve data input deficiencies by performing some rudimentary troubleshooting based on information provided on the order.

  • Resolve and complete data input for all orders that fail auto upload.

  • Meeting established performance standards for both quality and productivity.

  • You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers (AMEX Canada).

  • Actively provide regular feedback for policies and procedures and Help Outlet Solutions.

  • Comply with corporate policies established by Moneris Corporation including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy

  • Perform other responsibilities, as required

  • High School Diploma

  • 0-1 years of experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
