Researches customer inquiries and responds in a timely manner.Processes calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.Records calls, processes requests and updates account history with results of and includes proper documentation.Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.Interfaces with team members, management, and customers.QualificationsHigh School diploma or G.E.D.Two or more years of customer service with heavy phone experienceProficient computer skills with MS-Office and working with multiple databases in a Windows environment.Knowledge of CRM highly desired - Microsoft Dynamics is a plusSkilled in the use of help desk software preferredMedical knowledge or healthcare background a plusOther QualificationsBusiness and analytical problem-solving skillsCommunication skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to follow oral and written directionsWork EnvironmentOur location is in Topeka, Kansas; initially work is remote and then will return to on-siteFirst shift with start times between 7:30 am and 8:30 am (Monday - Friday)Office environmentGainwell Technologies is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
