This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Compensation : $18.60 /hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Operate IPFS system.

  • Ability to push racks for multiple machines/lines operating at the same time

  • Push racks as needed to specified locations (ex Fab Cooler)

  • Knowledge of racks and handling allergens

  • Able to write tags

  • Wash racks

  • Responsible for rack removal from the rack wash machine. Communicate to the washer the type of racks needed and storing them and rack rods properly.

  • Work on the line if needed.

  • Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments.

  • Responsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous duties.

  • Recording production data for optimum efficiency

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours and or shifts

  • Accuracy, precision and dependability are a necessity

  • Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills

  • Must be a team player but also must be able to work well alone

  • Must have good basic math skills

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, and pulling
