CVS Health Senior Resource Planning Coordinator - Work From Home in Texas
The Sr. Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support Resource Planning functions related to Time and Attendance, Workflow Monitoring and Emails for all Clinical PBM sites. The Sr. Coordinator will have developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience and completes a variety of atypical assignments, as needed. The Sr. Coordinator Position would be on the Resource Planning team supporting Clinical CVS employees with WorkBrain corrections, pay related actions, workflow queue monitoring and email responses using various Clinical workforce management tools. Sr. Coordinators are responsible for obtaining, tracking and reporting data on daily attendance as well as performing pay affecting reviews, adjustments and corrections for Clinical CVS employees. In addition, Sr. Coordinators will be responsible for assisting with monitoring real time workflow needs and responding to emails within our service level. Senior Coordinator will be responsible for troubleshooting application issues, utilizing key workforce management and payroll applications to triage time and attendance inquiries to ensure compliance related to corporate guidelines and state labor laws. Senior Coordinator will work within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for payroll issues and disruptions. Position requires breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems, or acts as the subject matter expert for applications such as Verint, Workbrain, MYHR and CMS Supervisor. Senior Coordinator will complete work with a limited degree of supervision and typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work for all Clinical sites. Senior Coordinator may provide informal guidance and support to Clinical Operations as a resource for colleagues. Senior Coordinators analyze the impacts of his/her own work and overall contribution to the team and partners daily with other resource planning team members, HR, Alight (Workbrain vendor), Verint admin team and business leaders, therefore, requires proficiency in a range of analytical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks. This position is a Work From Home Monday-Friday with alternating weekends for payroll close. This position will work a shift within our standard call center hours of 7am to 8pm CST year round. This position may require overtime outside of normal work week. Employee will be responsible for managing and prioritizing on call assignments with their normal daily tasks. Additionally, position may host/facilitate UAT needs/testing when called upon by our internal and external business partners due to upgrades, patching, maintenance or project/initiatives.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the top four or five primary responsibilities of the position in the space provided below, indicating the most important functions first and the approximate percentage of time spent on each.Responsibilities1. Maintain all Attendance Reporting and Tracking including:1.1. Check site attendance line and update Attendance Log, WFM Schedule & WorkBrain and ensure all attendance updates are made with accordance to current attendance policy/guidelines. 1.2. Complete attendance adjustments for late arrivals, early leaves and No Call No Show’s as well as update employee schedules in WFM for any approved LOA claims received. 2. Complete all emails within 24 hour Service Level. Open tickets for payroll discrepancies and automation issues with vendor groups. 3. Ensure all employees’ timecards are updated and completed prior to final sign-off deadline on Payroll Mondays. Ensure all New Hires time and attendance is updated and maintained while in training environment.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
