Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

Enterprise Complaint Management Program (ECMP) is a company-wide initiative to design and develop an integrated technology solution for handling complaints life-cycle. This candidate will work within the current ECMP and Regional Tools team to function as business systems analyst focusing on ECMP micro services as well as other existing complaint systems. BSC will be accountable for multiple projects at any given time, and may be expected to provide technical analyst support for a wide variety of systems / solutions. Responsible for producing detailed Functional System Design documents, Use Cases and interface data mapping. Must also conduct walk through meetings of the produced documents with impacted technical/system groups, testing groups, servicing groups, and business groups. Also, responsible for supporting technical and testing groups in root cause analysis of system defects.

Follows all project work through implementation and review of project activity for lessons learned post implementation. This position may be responsible to work with project team, Wells Fargo Technology partners and product owner .

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • 2+ years of technical documentation and publication experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology business systems analysis

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems

  • Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
