We’re looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. A dynamic, industry leader has been appointed as Head of Citizens Private Wealth Managers to oversee the strategy. This individual is leading efforts to attract top-quality wealth managers and their teams from across the U.S. to grow our business. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.

The Wealth Portfolio Management Group is responsible for the day-to-day management of client portfolios. The Wealth Portfolio Manager provides portfolio management services for ultra-high-net-worth clients and institutional client accounts within the Private Bank, while meeting all compliance requirements for managing portfolios. This is a middle office, non-client facing position, responsible for managing the day/day strategies, objectives, risk/return and liquidity needs for the client. The portfolio manager will partner with internal colleagues such as our client facing wealth teams to develop an understanding of client needs and restrictions to ensure we are managing client portfolios effectively.

  • Manage the investment, trust and institutional accounts.

  • Rebalance accounts according to the client’s investment policy statement, with guidance of the asset allocation strategy team and advisor team.

  • Responsible for allocating initial funding, annual account reviews, initial account reviews, concentrated assets, divestiture plans.

  • Review and resolve exception reporting related to asset allocation, and performance exceptions.

  • Deep understanding of client relationships to develop investment plans for accounts to align closer with firm strategy within client expectations.

    Qualifications

  • Significant work experience in financial services industry required.

  • Demonstrated passion and understanding of investment solutions.

  • In depth experience in ultra-high-net-worth investment offerings, leveraging sophisticated investment products.

Minimum Required:

  • 3-10 years of experience with investment portfolio construction experience

  • 3-10 years of experience with asset allocation review

Preferred:

  • Investment Policy Statement Familiarity

  • Performance review and analysis

  • Portfolio construction and trading experience

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree Required

  • Masters Degree a plus

  • CFA certification strongly preferred or minimum Level III

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
