Position Summary

The Sales Support Consultant role is an entry level position into a Fortune 500 Company that offers significant opportunities for career development and advancement. Healthcare is one of the largest industries in the United States and at Aetna it provides a dynamic, stable, and diverse workplace experience.

This role provides a wide variety of support functions for the Sales Team. A successful candidate is one that is eager to learn and grow, and one that can work independently to resolve issues and build trust and rapport with internal and external team members. This group provides sales support services, such as Document Imaging, Data Entry, Administrative Support. They make sure these behind the-scenes business activities run smoothly on a daily basis. Assist with quote and proposal and reporting. Prepare presentation materials. Scrubbing data and data entry.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years relevant experience.

  • Experience in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.

  • Salesforce experience.

  • Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables experience

  • Knowledge and experience with administrative operations.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, environment.

  • Demonstrates Aetna values through actions and communication

  • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team to reach market goals

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • Previous sales support experience

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
