Aerotek Call Center Manager in Tampa, Florida

Now Searching for Mortgage Call Center Manager

Location: Tampa (will start remote then back in office)

* Mortgage knowledge is required *


This role is responsible for the management of 8-10 call center representatives. They will answer any mortgage questions, take escalated calls, build out schedules, coach, train and mentor the staff. As well as continue to implement proper protocol with support of client calls. This role is also responsible for the management and performance of the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of call center experience

mortgage knowledge is required
