Job Description:

Job Summary:

This is an individual contributor role. Follows a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within customer service areas, such as Customer Service Analytics. Works independently, although the scope for discretion is limited and the output is reviewed periodically while in progress. The work priorities are defined with the manager/supervisor. Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity. Uses basic analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, draw conclusions, and assess alternative methods. Most complex problem solving may require the use of increased judgement to handle some variations in conditions or operations, making decisions based on selecting from alternative courses of action using greater adaptation to circumstances when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding 3M SAP deployment project standards and procedures to support successful COR/LOOP throughout the readiness and deployment process.

  • Collaborating with Country or Area SMEs to identify data mapping and transformation logic

  • Building and Analyzing Customer Order Readiness and Lights Out Order Processing readiness dashboard and facilitating resolution of identified errors

  • Communicating current status, action items and data gaps to BG Deployment Leads and other key stakeholders across global/area Enterprise Customer Operations and BG Operations teams.

  • Primary contacts are typically external customers and internal business partners (such as, distribution, lab, quality, transportation, sales, marketing), and on a professional, supervisory, or co-worker level.

  • Interaction is focused on order management directly related to the professional discipline, as well as exchanging factual information with an audience knowledgeable in the subject area.

  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Basic knowledge of theories and practices, applied to one discipline within Customer Service which is Customer Service Analytics.

  • Learns products/processes under supervision by more experienced colleagues. Makes continuous progress to achieve required level of tech/process/systems knowledge.

  • Develops knowledge of assigned area of responsibility including product and market detail and 3M structure, organization, and business.

  • Three (3) combined years of working experience with MS Excel, Access, Power BI

  • Experience with SAP Data migration processes and tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to learn new tools & systems quickly

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has background with order to cash

  • Expert level knowledge of OTC and Customer Service processes

  • Good analytics skills. Working experience with MS Excel, Access, Power BI

  • Familiarity with APAC Legacy Pricing or Order Management System

  • Experience with Database Tools, MS Access, MS SQL, Teradata etc

  • Experience in Project Management
