Ingersoll Rand Production Manager in Sunderland, United Kingdom
Based in Sunderland the Haskel team requires an experienced Production Manager to lead the onsite Production activities.
We are looking for a precision-focused professional with highly developed leadership qualities and the ability to work efficiently and within time and cost budget.
The successful candidates primary function will be the daily management of the production department, supporting the Team Leads and driving on time delivery of Hydrogen projects.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to, and support continuous improvement methods to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
Focus on identifying and driving cost down activities.
Ensure manufacturing meets its shipping targets by adhering to the master plan and driving task completion.
Create, monitor and achieve KPIs & KPI Targets
Be an operational champion, supporting QEHS with cross-departmental RCA meetings to ensure buy-in, collaboration and cohesion.

Manufacturing/Production Engineering background

Qualifications:
Min HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline
Preferably Bachelor degree in and Engineering discipline
Min of 5 years experience in an operational management role
