Job Summary

Operational leader who will establish and communicate a clear vision that motivates the Operational team to accomplish organizational goals while implementing a flawless executing program to exceed customer expectations. Monitor and drive key performance indicators daily; Safety, Quality, On-Time-Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and Material cost savings. Establish procedures and controls to ensure achievement of site and business objectives and to maximize EBITDA and growth. Ensure the whole site is maintained, developed and improved accordingly to meet changing operational and commercial needs. Ensuring the site reflects a quality and professional image to visitors at all times. Lead the Engineering, QEHS, Supply chain, logistics, production and Sales associates to develop a culture of continuous improvement; actions should influence and improve the performance, productivity and quality of work on the site.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire site with a “Safety First” culture; ensuring all Haskel Europe associates comply to EH&S policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators and goals daily/monthly; Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Material cost savings and Productivity.

  • Drive ALL employee engagement.

  • Drive continuous improvements in all departments, working with peers to support cross company and cross discipline continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and evaluate workflow and assembly/test methods; make recommendations, and hold supporting departments accountable for results via Daily Management.

  • Oversee existing and future staffing and equipment needs to meet market demand

  • Proactively evaluate, develop, budget, and execute plans to support the short and long-term business needs around staffing, equipment and infrastructure needs.

  • Lead and proactively work with the Sales and Hydrogen teams to develop accurate and functional SIOP.

  • Develop and enable talent to establish a high performing team and high-performance culture.

  • Problem Solving- Identifies potential problems, conducts root cause analysis, leads corrective action plan implementation.

  • Relationship Management -Creates collaborative environment with cross-functional senior peers, assures regular/appropriate two-way communication flow, builds/maintains relationship with industry peers and suppliers leaders, and reinforces lead on “on IR voice” to the supply base.

  • Change Management -Develops and utilizes change management tools to educate business on key strategies and business objectives to support vision of indirect procurement.
