The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Site PTD Process SME, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Achievement of the site’s Plan to Deliver project objectives (scope, schedule, quality of work)

  • Lead Plan to Deliver definition and execution work that is being done at the site.

    o Serves as facilitator for Plan to Deliver site-level activities*, leading extended and/or focused team(s) as appropriate.

    o Communicates and coordinates Plan to Deliver project activity to super users, end users, and stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Works closely with Site & Cutover Lead to execute the project plan, timing, and deliverables.

  • Be a change agent to the Site, supporting the actions/plans/projects to address identified and prioritized change impacts

  • Oversee the Lower-Level Integration activities and progress according to the approved plan.

  • Support the data mapping activities with process knowledge for functional areas where support is required.

    Your Skills and Expertise

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and five (5) years of Professional in a private, public, government or military environment

-OR-

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and two (2) years of Professional experience in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Experience with Process Improvement or Project Management

  • Experience in Supply chain, Manufacturing, or ERP Deployment

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Detail oriented, strong communication, collaboration, project management and follow-through skills.

  • Previous Experience in deployment in various plant functions

  • Knowledge of business, supply chain E2E processes

  • Other related assignments in manufacturing that would enhance cross-functional awareness of future state is a plus

  • Project Management skills, ability to execute a project plan for local site activities

  • Experience as an SAP user, SAP Super User or within an SAP-deployed work environment

    Travel: May include up to 60% domestic

    Relocation Assistance: Is Not Authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
