State of Minnesota Mobile Technology Coordinator Management Analyst 1 in St. Paul, Minnesota

Job Summary Job Summary The purpose of this position is to support the CO Mobile Technology (MT) team and CO Mobile Technology customers and billing contacts and payments. It manages CO device and data plans for phones, jetpacks and accessories as well as customer education and support of those devices. The role will also work to collect, edit and document current MT processes and help build training resources for customers of MT to include iHub and SharePoint documents, materials, presentations and links to resources. In addition, this position contributes to mobile technology projects as needed to support CO customers and business needs including data plans, device upgrades and updates as well as help support and coordinate with student worker. It contributes to best practice recommendations and helping increase consistency of process and practice across statewide mobile technology, mobile coordinators and CO billing contacts and office leaders. * MnDOT does not sponsor applicants for work visas or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 1 year professional experience OR Two-years of technical experience OR Two-years of advanced clerical (61L and higher) experience OR Two-years of paraprofessional experience AND The above qualifying scenarios need experience in the following areas: * Experience with math sufficient to balance invoices and compile data; * Experience with interpreting policies and procedures and educating customers through training materials and oral presenting; * Word processing, database management and spreadsheets sufficient to write training materials, enter mobile technology items in tracking systems and run reports; * Experience reviewing processes and procedures and ability to give recommendations on business process changes; * Customer service skills sufficient to work with vendors and internal customers on mobile technology needs. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with mobile technology - cell phone set up, management and other device support; * Customer Centered support model experience.
