JOB SUMMARY
St. Paul Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for skilled plant maintenance lead, responsible for directs and assists the shift maintenance crew, performs routine, and break down maintenance on processing and packaging equipment, and is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules and regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair/upkeep. The maintenance lead performs repairs as needed by the department, troubleshoots processes, manages, and administers the preventive maintenance program and assists with machine set ups and rebuilds as needed.

OUR MECHANICS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:
+ + $ 1 shift differential from 6pm -6am
- Sign on bonus $4000
SCHEDULE: 7pm -- 7am

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Technical School degree or coursework in boiler, welding, electrical and HVAC
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
Minimum five (5) years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment required.
Experience with fluid processing and basic welding required.
Experience with reading electrical and PID drawings required.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Must be able to handle basic hand tools
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift; occasionally required to climb or balance
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment with moderate to high noise volume
May experience some exposure to fumes airborne particles, chemicals, or allergens
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holiday
Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED:
Obtain and maintain Forklift Driver Certification as required by OSHA.
HazMat Responder Certification required.
