We are looking for a Systems Analyst to provide support and operability of our security and surveillance environment. You will report to a manager and perform daily functions required to maintain supported systems and applications while working with important and sensitive information along with managing all associated incident and request tickets. You also are customer-focused and like working in a collaborative team environment. As our Systems Analyst, you will be part of the District’s Security and Surveillance team for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and support the video surveillance, physical access control, and other security related systems essential to our Cash and Law Enforcement operations. Specialized training will be provided for these related technologies.

Overview

As our Systems Analyst, you will be part of the District’s Security and Surveillance team for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and support the video surveillance, physical access control, and other security related systems essential to our Cash and Law Enforcement operations. Specialized training will be provided for these related technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in installs, upgrades, maintenance and configuration of security and surveillance applications and components

  • Provide Tier 2/3 customer support

  • Configure and maintain hardware relevant to our security and surveillance systems

  • Monitor, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests per defined Service Level Agreements and document actions taken in the incident management system

  • Develop and document technical procedures and processes

  • Have customer-focused awareness of new technology solutions

  • Help with reporting and monitoring in supported systems

  • Participate in on-call rotation

  • Occasional travel for customer support at branches and training (10-15%)

  • Work extended hours if necessary, to maintain existing or implement new technology with minimal customer impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field of study or commensurate experience

  • 3 years' experience working in a professional IT environment and a combination of the following knowledge or experience:

  • Trouble ticket systems

  • Operating systems

  • Computer components, such as hard drives, network interface cards, memory, and CPUs

  • Basic electrical/electronic theory

  • Video Surveillance System(s)/CCTV

  • Physical Access Control System(s)

  • Video Display Product(s)

  • Intercom System(s)

  • Low voltage wiring

  • Travel (10-15%)
