CVS Health Senior Application Developer in St Louis, Missouri

Job Description

As an Senior Application Developer at CVS Health, you will be working on a team that develops critical applications in Healthcare. More specifically, the Senior Application Developer will be a vital contributor in designing and developing new in-house applications and enhancing existing applications. The role of the Senior Application Developer may involve taking ownership of complex and crucial projects and guide teams of employees and contractors towards successful implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of overall IT experience including the following:- 5+ years of IT experience with a combination of ASP.Net/MS Visual Studio or GitHub, DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus - 5+ years of experience with database technologies like SQL Server 2016 or later versions including SSIS, Oracle, DB2, Hadoop- 3+ years of IT experience with Alteryx or other analytical tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Knowledge of HTML 5, Object Oriented JavaScript, ES6.Experience designing / maintaining / tuning high-performance code to ensure optimal load time.- Experience handling Cross browser/Cross domain issuesKnowledge of Web Accessibility Concepts (WCAG 2.0, 508 Compliance)- Advanced Knowledge in automated unit testing concepts and technologies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or related field or 1 years of additional experience for every year of college not attained, in addition to required years of experience.
