Job Summary:

The Paid Media Manager is a critical support role in the Americas Brand & Content Marketing team, focused on managing all paid media spend for the Americas region. This role will be responsible for driving collaboration with multiple internal marketing teams to partner with external media buying agencies to purchase, manage, and oversee the performance of paid media. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and effective communication to facilitate the success of campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional marketing partners to establish paid media plans, and lead the execution of those plans

  • Measure and optimize our paid efforts

  • Partner with Analytics teams to ensure that data is ingested and managed effectively for ongoing analysis to achieve the maximum result

  • Continually asses and optimize external partner roster to ensure we are achieve the maximum value with our paid media investments

  • Stay up-to-date with paid media trends (with a particular focus in B2B and B2C digital) and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field.

  • 7+ years’ experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing or brand role

  • 5+ years experience with paid media planning and management

  • In-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including (but not limited to) paid search, retargeting, social media advertising, and content distribution and placement networks

  • Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex concepts to a wide variety of audiences

  • Excellent analytical, time-management, and project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects

  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence/inspire (highly collaborative across a variety of function and with external partners).

  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once

  • Ability to think critically, and establish go-forward plans aligned to business objectives

  • Results-oriented, self-driven & internally motivated

  • Strong financial management skills

Base Compensation Range is $120,000 - $160,000. Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
