Federal Reserve System Financial Coordinator, IT Division in St. Louis, Missouri

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis' Information Technology Division is looking for a Financial Coordinator. As a Financial Coordinator, you will have expertise in financial analysis, report development, and time-management. You will support all financial processes that apply to budgeted, forecasting, and tracking of IT expenses.


  • Coordinate annual budget planning process, including operating expenses, capital investments, and workforce planning

  • Responsible for communication of budget status, variance analysis, and forecast changes for the division

  • Provide guidance and consultation to IT Division Management regarding budget matters

  • Project/Portfolio cost analysis

  • Cloud cost analysis

  • Present financials to IT Division Senior Leadership

  • Assist central finance team by providing analysis and information for 8th District financial reporting

  • Compliance with internal Federal Reserve and District audit guidelines

  • System Workgroup participation

  • Metrics and trend analysis reporting

  • Ad-hoc financial modeling/analysis


  • Bachelor's degree (accounting, finance, business major)

  • 5+ years business and financial analysis including creating/managing budgets and reporting

  • 1+ years of experience with Capital Asset Accounting, specifically Cloud, helpful

  • Ability to analyze complex business issues and implement recommendations

  • Ability to manage multiple, competing projects and deadlines

  • Ability to communicate orally to convey information to groups at all levels of the organization and answer questions/facilitate discussions

  • Experience with Workday

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
