Position Overview :
Program Analysis and Compliance Officers develop, coordinate, and facilitate Insider Threat policies; support compliance activities; coordinate information exchanges with internal and external entities; share insider threat community best practices; recommend process improvement strategies; develop highly tailored products with community-wide focus; and complete specialized analytic and compliance projects as required.
Develop, coordinate and facilitate The Client Insider Threat governance and policy
Facilitate and support oversight and compliance requirements; conduct assessments, outreach, and awareness to optimize mission capabilities
Identify and implement Insider Threat best practices
Develop Insider Threat performance measures
Facilitate projects with The Client stakeholders to accomplish project objectives
Coordinate SII efforts among multiple, cross-discipline stakeholders to ensure enterprise-wide integration of program efforts
Recommend process improvement methodologies to optimize the program and implement best practices
Understand and apply terminology, methodology, and information gathering techniques, and research and analytical techniques
Compiling, report, and disseminating intelligence data
Understand Defense-in-Depth for protecting network security architecture (i.e. application of topology, protocols, components, and principles)
Maintain the Division's SharePoint site
Required Qualifications :
Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire
Three years of computer and network security experience in the following areas: Intelligence, Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, and/or Personnel Security Analysis and/or Investigations
Data analytics tools used for Insider Threat information collection on computer networks or knowledge of other Insider Threat risk scoring data analytics tools and programs
Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Desired Qualifications :
Possess a Bachelor's degree or greater in a business, computer science, counterintelligence, criminal justice, engineering, fraud investigations, information technology, intelligence, mathematics, personnel security, or a scientific field
Successful graduation from FLETC, DCITA, JCITA, DoD or other formal US Federal Government analysis courses or programs
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
