Description & Requirements

Jack Henry is seeking a talented individual to oversee the program management of a new cloud-based product launch. As this multiyear initiative takes off, this individual will coordinate day-to-day operations, track deliverables, oversee budgeting and executive communication, and supervise project management. This individual will work closely with senior leadership, product staff, and external stakeholders. You will join a team with a startup feel and open, flexible culture within a company that has been a leading contributor in the financial technology space for over 40 years. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and believes in teamwork and striving for success.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remote from any US location.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in project and/or program management.

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience participating in an Agile environment or working on product builds/launches

  • Previous leadership experience (manager, supervisor, or team lead).

  • Must be able to travel up to 10% for team meetings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • PMP certification

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Monitors projects and resources related to the program from initiation through delivery.

  • May be responsible for meeting revenue and/or cost projections.

  • Oversees staff in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.

  • Establishes and maintains liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all implementation requirements are met.

  • Ensures milestones are completed on schedule.

  • Oversees the department implementation calendars.

  • Serves as a resource for escalated issues to resolution.

  • Establishes priorities and assigns connected projects resulting in the most optimal use of resources.

  • Implements program and project management tools and methodologies. Creates standard templates for deliverables.
