Are you looking for a career with a dynamic, corporate Talent Acquisition Team? Jack Henry is seeking a Mid-Level Talent Recruiter responsible for full-life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume corporate environment.

You will source high-volume and high priority positions for our Jack Henry Banking, Symitar and Payment Solutions divisions. You must be detail oriented in your level of documentation and possess an agile mindset. As a Talent Recruiter on this team you will need to be able to align with the business demands and be able to adjust how you prioritize and stay organized to successfully meet the needs of the business. The Talent Recruiter reports to a Talent Advisor, Manager and together you will strategize and prioritize how you will support the business.

This position can be based in any of the following locations: Springfield, MO / Louisville, KY / Elizabethtown, KY / Monett, MO / Lenexa, KS (You are able to work remote from home, in these locations).


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting or sourcing in a fast-paced corporate or staffing environment

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Travel required – up to 10%


  • Ability to manage a high requisition load (25-40) at peak recruiting times

  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition and Human Resource projects

  • Experience working for a federal contractor and understanding of OFCCP hiring regulations

  • Experience using Avature as a primary ATS or CRM

  • Understanding of AAP goals as it relates to recruiting

  • Experience utilizing various job boards for postings and applicant sourcing: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, Circa, Glassdoor


  • Recruits applicants for open positions and may take on additional duties as requested.

  • Leverages recruiting resources and in-house application tracking system (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of future hiring and business needs.

  • Works with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required to open requisitions. Negotiates and supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.

  • Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.

  • Contacts applications to inform them of employment opportunities, possibilities, consideration, and selection.

  • Informs potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization.

  • Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

  • Advise managers and employees regarding staffing policies and procedures. Ensures recruiting practices comply with government regulatory guidelines.

  • Arranges interviews and provides travel arrangements if necessary.

  • Arranges job fairs with college campus representatives.

  • Posts openings in newspaper advertisements, online, with professional organizations, and in other position-appropriate venues.

  • Assists with employment background checks.
