Automation Business Analyst will be joining our Finance-Customer Contract Processing and Management team. This role will be primarily focused on leveraging technology to drive efficiencies through standardization, automation, and workflows. The ideal candidate will be experienced developing and optimizing execution strategies geared towards integration with other systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, robotics automation, and data management solutions. This role will have a high level of involvement and communication with various teams including Operations, Finance, and other leaders.

This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Lenexa, KS, Springfield, MO, Brentwood, TN or Allen, TX.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with users to gather and define requirements for process automation, specifying the conditions, inputs, and outputs.

  • Develop automation tools to streamline/automate department processes.

  • Invest time in designing smart, flexible, and scalable solutions that focus on increasing workforce productivity by automating tedious tasks and incorporating workflow to minimize or eliminate manual steps.

  • Identify processes that are effective and works to change processes in need of further refinement.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in process and automation improvement.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce.

  • Experience with robotic processing automation solutions.

  • Experience using Microsoft Suite including Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting.

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Visio, and Google Workspace.
