Position Summary

This role follows a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite per week and two days remote

The Sr. Analyst Corporate Compliance is an experienced career level compliance position that applies in-depth knowledge of compliance, regulatory, business and analytical and communication skills to support, manage and help develop Medicare and Medicaid compliance programs and processes that promote compliant and ethical behavior, meet regulatory obligations, and prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance risks.

Responsibilities:

Ensures regulatory requirements of an effective compliance program are met, including but not limited to oversight and/or performance of auditing and monitoring, validation of the successful implementation of regulatory guidance, ongoing consultation and guidance with business to lead and address compliance matters.

Interprets and advises on regulatory mandates, guidance and contracts.

Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Medicare compliance area, under general supervision, with a focus on Special Needs Plans.

Applies in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid compliance to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.

Completes, tracks and regularly maintains system data for internal and external report filings and follow-ups; supports regulatory review and audit activities.

Identifies opportunities to support and monitor moderately complex compliance business process reviews, implementation of mandates and corrective actions, and other projects involving internal and external constituents.

Controls regulatory interactions including drafting regulatory correspondence and responding to routine regulatory inquires.

Manage and ensure timely and accurate responses

Able to remove barriers, drive decision making and communicate with constituents internally and externally to maintain a positive, productive relationship and effectively communicate and influence decision-making and ethical and compliant outcomes at various levels necessary to accomplish goals.

Appropriately escalates issues requiring resolution

In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:

Required Qualifications

3+ years of related working experience

2+ years of experience working in compliance and risk management systems

2+ years of Microsoft office experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing projects

Experience with Quickbase

Experience with SharePoint

EducationBachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
