Citizens Product Associate in Shelton, Connecticut

Description

As the Product Associate, you will identify and implement product growth opportunities to drive increased levels of revenue. You will deals directly with customers and be responsible for ensuring customers fully understand the features and functionality of the products.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenues through detailed analysis of current product usage, creative thinking to identify gaps, assessment of competitor products, differentiation of Citizens products in the market. Proactively incorporate client and sales feedback.

  • Is a product specialist and is relied on by the sales team and clients for information regarding a product’s ability to meet client needs and enable Citizens to win deals in the marketplace.

  • Has responsibility, along with Product Managers, to ensure all aspects of a new product launch/enhancements are well planned and executed.

  • Determine product pricing through analysis of customer usage and profitability.

  • Perform analysis on the costs of delivering products and identify opportunities to improve product profitability. Support the development of new measures of product performance.

  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Sales and Marketing to come up with viable packaging options that will lead to increased business in targeted areas.
