Job Summary

To support the data processing works of our project, our Innovative Solutions Department is offering a Project Assistant opportunity on contract basis. Successful candidate will be offered an employment up to end of January 2022 and the incumbent will station at our client’s office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the GIS Analyst to timely process and manipulate the surveyed data

• Assist the GIS Analyst to conduct Quality Check on manipulated data

• Assist the GIS Analyst to carry out various analysis using GIS tools

• Support the Deputy Project Manager to prepare presentation materials for meetings and debriefings, and meeting minutes

• Provide assistance to the GIS Analyst and Deputy Project Manager on report preparation

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

Minimum Requirements

Core Requirements

• Completion of HKDSE / Form 7 education, or equivalent

• Basic knowledge in business tools including Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word)

• Good command of written English and Chinese

• Good numerical sense and detail-minded would be an advantage

• Students pursuing undergraduate / postgraduate qualification but can take up full-time employment will also be considered
