Principal ISC Project Manager, Shanghai, ISC, Aero

This position reports directly to the Aero APAC HOS/Quality Director.

This position is responsible for the deployment of Honeywell Operating System for multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

Support, train, mentor and coach plant leadership - Plant Manager, HOS Steering Team, Site leadership incl./functions and HOS Specialists

Influence the Site HOS Leader and HOS Specialists on HOS principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation framework

In liaison with the HOS Team & Plant Leadership team, drive continuous improvement through the HOS implementation.

Partner with site to complete HOS maturity assessments and develop deployment & action plans.

Share knowledge with other HOS Lead Specialists and teams across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements/updates utilizing benchmarking

Identify & deploy impactful tools, processes, and training needed to deploy the HOS OTC (Order to Cash)Framework

Ensure alignment and adherence to the HOS OTC Framework.

Support, guide and participate on the Site HOS Steering Team

Drive breakthrough performance and expectations at each HOS site.

Support the project management efforts of the Site HOS leader to confirm and manage adherence to the SIF implementation plan.

Coaches & mentors all ISC leaders & HOS Specialists in HOS OTC Deployment

​Basic Qualifications:

Leadership skills, is a team player with Enthusiasm and high energy, has strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of driving results.

Lean Expert or equivalent or above experience. Multi site experience with the Toyota Production System, Lean manufacturing, or similar operating system.

10+ years experience in manufacturing operations/ISC and Lean Expert or equivalent experience or above. At least 3+Years people management skill in factory.

Drive solutions to assigned tasks utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving.

Build capability within site leadership by asking impactful questions and challenging current practices

Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments. Builds relationships & Leverages organization for help and support

Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence. Ability to make a significant change in a variety of environments, with multiple learning experience

Able to travel 50+% of time as necessary to support HOS deployments and site readiness activities

Strong organizational skills with project planning, program management expertise.

Additional Qualifications:

Results oriented with history of getting breakthrough results through TPS or other Continuous Improvement programs

An effective teacher has strong capability to coach and mentor plant leadership, including front line supervisors.

Finesse & confidence in communication, compelling verbal communication and presentation skills, including presentation planning and delivery skill

Able to travel 50+% of time as necessary to support HOS deployments and site readiness activities
