The Content Authenticity team at Adobe believe that creating a long-term solution is a shared responsibility among creators, technology companies, human rights defenders, publishers and media companies. We will succeed only by joining together to develop an industry-wide standard.Adobe,The New York Times Company, andTwitterfounded the Content Authenticity Initiative in 2019 with this as our goal. We're expanding the team implementing authenticity solutions across the Adobe portfolio of tools as well as open-source reference code for the emerging standards.We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Engineer to join our team and make an impact to our quality, stability and security positions through testing, code inspection, and creative automation. You will work in a collaborative environment where you will interact with innovative product teams across Adobe. You'll be expected to prototype, build test environments, automate, and maintain testing and release pipelines. The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for details, deep awareness of tradeoffs and uncompromising high standards for code quality, security and performance.What you'll doBuild a QE infrastructure to support multiple clients (web, mobile, desktop and plugins)Participate in product architecture, development, and deployment to productionWrite and test interactive, clean, secure and efficient QE solutions using mature programming patterns and techniquesWhat you need to succeedAdvanced working knowledge of programming in multiple languages (such as Rust, Go, Python, Java)Pragmatic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and AWSExperience with various concurrency models for scaling across cores and clustersFluency with Git and GitHubReverence for great documentation and excitement to produce it where sensibleA love of well-tested code and pragmatism about when and where to build test infrastructurePassion for solving problems of any scope elegantly every day!Ability to embrace constructive criticism from your colleaguesDemonstrated drive to improve your skills and knowledgeFamiliarity with Jenkins, CircleCI other continuous integration platformsExperience with instrumentation and tools like Splunk and New RelicProven track record of creative approaches to QE and uncovering subtle but impactful issuesPlussesKnowledge of the Rust language and its ecosystemPrevious experience with open source and/or SDK testingExperience with one or more functional languagesExperience with release engineering and versioning approachesEnthusiasm tempered with pragmatism for emerging blockchain technologiesA Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in a related fieldAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on .
