High quality execution, facilitating increased results and efficiency for sellers while delighting our customers is of the highest importance for this team!The Director of Global Field Enablement and Role Excellence will lead the team responsible for Sales skills and effectiveness. Serving global constituents including field leadership, sales managers, individual sellers, and customer success teams. Their vision and leadership will play a pivotal role in our Global Sales teams' success through the design, oversight, and delivery of impactful programs. They will build and manage a team focused on delivering programs designed to drive high performance and field productivity aligned to Adobe's customer segments, solution releases, and go-to-market strategy.They will bring innovative perspectives to enablement delivery with a focus on instilling customer centricity into the sales and learning assessments, while simultaneously developing high quality talent across the sales force.What you'll doLead Adobe's global strategy for Field Enablement, resulting in greater productivity and success across a range of Sales and Post-Sales rolesAlign with field leaders to assess and prioritize Sales enablement needs and translate those into effective programs developed and delivered by the team.Cultivate a deep understanding of Adobe's go-to-market strategy and approach, and translate that into relevant, impactful Field enablementLead a team of People Managers and Individual Contributors accountable for driving successful field enablement programs globallyCultivate strong relationships with Adobe's product leaders, establishing mutual trust and an understanding of shared goals for field readiness and product releasesSupervise the planning and execution of the annual Sales Kickoff and associated Readiness and Enablement eventsPartner with regional enablement leads to align successful global execution of initiatives. Ensure achievements and objectives are met, while safeguarding quality and honoring regional nuancesCollaborate with leaders across teams, geographies, and functions to plan and execute actions within a shared planCommunicate expertly and effectively to diverse audiences, from senior executives to individual contributorsLead and encourage team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievementDrive growth by inspiring team to overcome challenges, and actively manage resistance to changeWhat you need to succeedExecutive leadership skills; including the ability to develop, influence and empower a diverse team to maximize resultsMinimum of 5 years' experience leading Enablement and/or Sales teams; Sales experience within software vendors strongly preferredDemonstrated success in leading global programs that engage and develop employeesProven track record working cross-functionally to drive the evolution and improvement of e
